Looking back at the unforgettable year of 2022, our production and operation during the period of epidemic prevention and control had been accurately achieved: people could be silent, and cities could also be silent, but Kingdecor should keep its operation and production. In times of emergency, the whole company worked together to overcome all difficulties. Members of the leadership team went deep into and directed the front line of production. They worked on the spot and dossed down on the floor in the office to solve practical problems and difficulties in the spirit of unity. Gathering strength to get rich together, striving to create the future
On February 9th, the 2022 Qujiang District Cadre Conference and the mobilization meeting of “Promotion of Two Specialties and Project Competition” was held. At the meeting, Qujiang’s advanced enterprises, units and individuals were commended. Kingdecor won the Enterprise Climbing Award, and its parent company, Xianhe, won the Outstanding Tax Contribution Award, and general manager Wang Minliang won the Excellent Entrepreneur Award.

Not afraid of the hardships of the epidemic, showing the power of Kingdecor
On March 14, the fierce epidemic broke into our lives suddenly. During the epidemic, we “retrograded” without hesitation, not afraid of the epidemic, and bravely struggled on the front line of production! We voluntarily gave up going home, stuck to the production site, and worked hard to meet the needs of our customers. We are not afraid of hardships or tiredness. We worked day and night, stuck to our posts, devoted to our work, performed our duties, cooperated efficiently, united and gather strength, and moved forward tenaciously, which demonstrates the heroic spirit of Kingdecor staff who can endure hardships and fight, and the work attitude of satisfying the needs of customers and fulfilling themselves. Strengthen the party building culture and set a new record high
On June 13,the Party branch of Kingdecor (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. held a branch meeting. Wang Jin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, emphasized the purity and progressiveness of the Party members. All Party members are required to unite and work hard to create more benefits for the company. Each Party member should drive his colleagues and create a positive atmosphere together. The Party branch should become a unique image of the company and enable more excellent colleagues to join the Party staff. Every Party member or activist who is moving closer to the Party organization should play a leading role and always be strict with himself as a Party member, and should keep ideological purity.

Pay attention to safety and quality, and build a team of high-skilled workers
Competitions on safety, quality, and employee skills were held respectively in June, September, October and November.
1.“Safety is the defense line of corporate life.” All these competitions are held to improve the safety awareness of all employees, enhance the company’s safety management, avoid safety accidents, and ensure the happiness and well-being of all employees and their families.
2. “All employees should participate in quality management to comprehensively stabilize and improve company quality.” Quality is the life of an enterprise and the foundation of our company’s foothold and development! It is necessary to keep improving the company’s quality management level, strictly implement the quality system standards, and pursue high quality throughout the entire process. We are committed to improving the quality awareness of all employees and the quality management of Kingdecor. We hope that through our joint efforts, the company’s competitiveness will be enhanced, and a more solid foundation will be laid for the continual improvement of the company’s quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
3. “We should develop the spirit of craftsmanship and build a team of high-skilled staff for Kingdecor.” It emphasizes the importance of learning skills to employees and the importance of skilled workers to Kingdecor’s future development. The competitions can boost the enthusiasm and team cohesion of all workers in various positions.

Oktoberfest, a promotion ceremony
In mid-July, nearly 900 people participated in the beer barbecue promotion ceremony. It gave employees a sense of ritual, and enhanced the sense of belonging of employees and their families to Kingdecor.

High temperature and power rationing, multiple measures to overcome difficulties
In August, faced with the rare challenges of high temperature and power rationing, workers in Kingdecor worked together and took multiple measures to overcome the difficulties, such as shutting down in shifts for training courses, ensuring the income of employees, and improving the skills of all employees. We achieved stable production through power generation at high temperature, carried out closed-loop production, went all out to ensure the demand of the market and key projects, effectively maintaining the company’s good social image and brand reputation.

On October 5th, the company organized all marketing team members to carry out a full-day semi-military expansion activity, so that the salesmen who were often on business could experience the well-trained and united spirit of soldiers. They realized the importance of teamwork, effective communication and good innovation. It also enabled them to feel more connected with each other, strengthened cohesion and execution. At the same time, they gained happiness, and their work pressure was reduced, gaining steam to seize more market share.

On December 22, under the leadership of General Manager Wang Jin, the members of Xianhe and Kingdecor gathered at the bank of the Qujiang River to celebrate the arrival of 2023 through the “First Run in the New Year”. Run into 2023, convey optimism, and welcome the New Year in a healthier way! We look forward to outlining our dreams with running, fulfilling ourselves with persistence, and creating a new wonder for Xianhe and Kingdecor!

On December 29, an induction seminar for new employees in the second half of 2022 was held. At the meeting, the new employees actively spoke, sharing their feelings at work, and talking freely about their suggestions and opinions on work. The leaders listened carefully and answered patiently, and gave hope to new employees. We always believe that employees are Kingdecor’s most valuable assets. We are looking forward to creating high quality products with our employees, enjoying high quality life and building Kingdecor’s future together
Not intimidated by any hardships in 2022, and forge ahead in 2023
In the past 18 years, we have overcome all difficulties and accumulated rich experiences. Kingdecor started from scratch and has continued to optimize its products. All along, Kingdecor has been insisted that product quality is the guarantee of enterprise development.
We are convinced that only by manufacturing high quality products can we do a good job in business. We are committed to the development and production of decorative base paper, and our products are closely connected with our end customers. Kingdecor’s products have excellent performance in all aspects, leading the Chinese and global markets. We are very proud of this.
As a Sino-German joint venture, Kingdecor carries a profound Sino-German culture. Eighteen years ago, we became friends because of paper, and eighteen years later, we have continued our relationship because of paper. It was not easy in these years.
