At 2:00 p.m. on December 29, an induction seminar for new employees in the second half of 2022 was held. The meeting was chaired by Director Fu, and attended by General Manager Wang Jin, Professor Denglin Junjie of Zhejiang University, Manufacturing Director Xu Kuangrong, Li Chaoting, representative of outstanding employees, and 90 new employees.
At the meeting, Director Fu welcomed the new employees to join in, and the new employees spoke actively, sharing their feelings at work and talking freely about their suggestions and opinions on work. The leaders of the company listened carefully and answered patiently, and also gave hope to the new employees.

Finally, the General Manager Wang Jin communicated with the new employees again from three dimensions. First, choose the company that is well-known. Mr. Wang said passionately, “The future is full of opportunities and challenges. We should work hard to advance and run for our common goal.
