Written test site
The written test is helping to catch any balls that get drop, identify the problems and improve them; it is also an effective test of your learning achievements.
After fierce theoretical competition, a total of 21 persons are qualified to enter the next round, the fitter (machinist) practice competition. Let’s get a quick look.
The scene of practical operation
The on-site supervisor, Director Fu, and Manager Zheng of the Equipment Department are reading out the rules and disciplines of the competition. The fitter (machinist) practice competition is conducted in the form of a single person. Contestants were required to make an equilateral hexagon with a side length of 100 mm, and the production time is 60 minutes. The tools are self-provided. The competition is divided into 4 groups in the morning and 2 groups in the afternoon, and the afternoon groups should not wait on the spot, so as to ensure fairness and justice.

Judging site
Based on the principle of fairness and impartiality, the skills competition was scored by a panel of judges composed of Director Xu, Director Fu, Manager Zheng and the heads of all machines and equipment, and the statisticians made on-site records. The contestants strictly abided by the rules, exerted their practice and skills to the utmost, and show the superb skills of Kingdecor fitter (mechanic). Finally, the first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the encouragement prize were obtained through the results of 30% of theory scores + 70% of practice scores. Our winner of the first prize was a senior employee, and how about playing a guessing game: “Spring” is coming.
