On the afternoon of June 19, 2020, theopening ceremony of "Qujiang District's First New ApprenticeshipProject" and "Enterprise New Apprenticeship" of Xianhe Co., Ltd.was held on the third floor in the multi-function hall of Xianhe Club. Ms. HuChen, deputy director of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau ofQujiang District, Nie Hui, chief of the Vocational Construction Section of theHuman Resources and Social Security Bureau of Qujiang District, Mao Haifeng,principal of Quzhou Zhenwei Training School, Wang Minliang, president ofXianhe, Fu Qunying, director of the General Office of Kingdecor, and studentsfrom Xianhe and Kingdecor attended the signing ceremony. At the ceremony, theenterprise signed a contract with Quzhou Zhenwei Training School, and therepresentative of the trainees signed a contract with the enterprise. Thismeeting is chaired by Fu Qunying.

"The first batch of new apprenticeshipprojects in Qujiang District" is a three-party joint school-runningmechanism of "government guidance, enterprise leadership andschool cooperation". The first reason for this training is to activelyrespond to the call of "promote the craftsmanship spirit of striving forperfection and inspire young people to devote their skills to thecountry". Secondly, in order to speed up the training of technicalpersonnel in Qujiang District, so more practical talents of"versatile" can be provided and cultivated for enterprises. Thirdly, alsoto enhance our internal electrical instrument team stronger professionalability.
