Strengthentraining and improve quality

    I believe all employees must attend all kinds of trainings that including inductiontraining, vocational skills training and other professional training. Staffscan not only improve their skills by training , but also know about their valueon their own positions. KINGDECOR focus on holding all kinds of trainingclasses for staffs. Each department must make the training plan at thebeginning of every year. Recently, the quality inspection department hasstarted a new round of skills training. This training that includes inspectingbasic knowledge, clamp operating, raw material testing, safety training and soon, is closely related to employees' daily work. The training was conducted bythe quality inspection supervisor with PPT presentation, and finally throughon-site questioning and written examination.
