On Sep.7, 2018, at 9am, the opening of the Second Skill Competition of KINGDECORwas holding on the fourth floor of the company administration building. Thecompetition whose purpose is promoting craftsman spirit, and building a highlyskilled team for KINGDECOR. organized by the company's General Manager Office, andco-organized by the District Human Resources & Social Security Bureau andthe District Federation of Trade Unions. The opening ceremony was hosted by Mr.Luo. In addition, the director general of the District Human Resources andSocial Security Bureau Mr. Wu, the chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions Mr. Li, general manager Mr. Wang Minliang, vice-president of sales Mr. WangJin, staff of the competition organizing committee and representatives ofcontestants and other participants took part in this activity.

General manager Mr. Wang thanked the leaders of the District Human Resources and SocialSecurity Bureau and the District Federation of Trade Unions for their presenceand guidance. Mr.Wang pointed out: we should build a highly skilled talent teambased on the concept of "starting from the actual position and promotingdevelopment through skill upgrading". The participation and supervision ofthe District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the DistrictFederation of Trade Unions, make the competition more strict and regulate. Ibelieve through this activity can promote the work enthusiasm of each poststaff, improve the operational skills and team cohesion of each position, andform a working atmosphere that compares, learns, drives, surpasses and respectsknowledge, talents and skills. We also strive to create a fair, justicial and reasonable selection mechanism for employees, so that outstanding employees canbe highlighted in the competition, and it also conforms to the"family" culture concept that we have been advocating: let everyemployee of KINGDECOR settle down, get his career and show his shine. After the opening ceremony, we held theory test . The test will be conducted on thesecond floor and the fourth floor at the same time. To ensure the fairness ofthe test, all participants' mobile phones will be handed over to the invigilator.
